1. Personal Assistant to General Secretary
Duties
To Assist the General Secretary of the Association in performing the function of:-
Supervising office administration of the Association
Co-ordinate ad hoc programme of Association
HR and Personnel duties such as payroll, recruitment and personal portfolios
Serve as Secretary for Board and Committees, assisting in preparing Board papers, compose letters, memos, minutes and annual reports, AGM etc.

Requirements
Post-secondary degree
At least 2 years related experience in office administration
Good communications skill with all level of people
Well-organized, independent, detail-oriented
Can work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Familiar with MS-Office application and Chinese Input
Immediate available preferred.


2. Technical Assistant
Duties
Co-ordinating the logistic arrangements of Hong Kong Representative Team

Requirements
Form 5 or above
Well-organized, independent, detail-oriented
Willing to work outdoor and overtime, in irregular hours, under pressure and meet tight deadline
Good command of both English and Chinese
Familiar with MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Input
Driving licence No.1 & 2
Immediate available preferred.


3. Administrative and Accounting Assistant
Duties
Assist the Administration Department to follow the clerical and administrative works
Assist the Accounting department to follow the accounts works
Answering telephone call and enquiry from public

Requirements
Form 5 or above
At least 2 years relevant experience
LCCI Intermediate or above is preferred
Good communications skill and telephone manner
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Familiar with MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Input
Immediate available preferred.
